FROM TRAVEL TO STRATEGY

I am Isabel Mosk, founder of Sherpa’s Stories. I have travelled to more than 100 countries and worked with over 50 places to strengthen their tourism development. These experiences taught me first-hand how tourism affects lives, landscapes and communities, and how much difference vision, collaboration and stories can make.

During a trek in Sikkim, I met Mingma Sherpa. His dedication, creativity and the unexpected gesture of a homemade chocolate cake at an altitude of 5,000 metres touched me deeply. Not only because of the moment itself, but because of what it symbolised: care, attention and direction.

Since 2015, I’ve been guiding people and places with strategies that move beyond paper and into action. Not just ideas, but real journeys with direction, support and impact.
