Tourism strategist Isabel Mosk: ‘Spreading out is an excuse to keep growing’
In an article in NH Nieuws, Isabel Mosk responds to the ongoing debate about spreading tourists from Amsterdam to surrounding municipalities. A poll shows that around 60% of the public sees little benefit in this. Isabel agrees and argues that spreading tourists around is not a real solution as long as fundamental choices such as limiting flights and not further expanding tourist infrastructure are not made. ‘If you really want to slow down growth, you have to dare to choose less,’ says Mosk.
